How It Works
This program is completely customized for the participant’s needs. It is a unique development experience that includes weekly 1:1 meetings and a collection of other tools and resources. All sessions are conducted via Zoom allowing access to marketing expertise from anywhere in the world. Unlimited emails and texts are included to ensure all questions are answered and specific needs are addressed between meetings.

BRAND LEADERSHIP COACHING
Who It’s For
Mid-career brand marketing professionals (typically Brand Managers, Sr. Brand Managers, and Brand Directors) who are being invested in as top talent or who have strong potential and are highly coachable. To the extent possible, groups will be formed with similar seniority and capabilities.
How It Works
Groups of 3-5 mid-career brand marketing professionals are formed for a unique development experience that includes a monthly group coaching session, a monthly 1:1 coaching session, and a collection of other tools and exercises. Since it is vital for participants to learn from each other’s experience without fear of vulnerability in front of coworkers, we strive to group participants from other non-competing companies (confidentiality always applies). All sessions are conducted via Zoom allowing access to marketing expertise from anywhere in the world. Email support before & after sessions is included to ensure all questions are answered and specific needs are addressed.
